Dish of the day
Mwahaha, the slacker has increased the number of dishes he can cook by 50%!!! ITs now 3 dishes instead of 2 :)
Preperation of ingredients:
1) Cut the chicken drumstick into bite sized portions.
2) Marinate with jiang qing, ma you, jiang you,tai bai fen, hu jiao fen and mix well.
Preparation of the dish:
1) Put ma you in the wok and heat for a while. (USE SMALL FIRE ALL THE WAY TILL 6)
2) Add in ginger and garlic and fry until fragrant. (Erm... 'Zhu dao xiang' according to my mum)
3) Add in the marinated chicken drumstick and fry for a while.
4) Add in the other ingredients like mu'er, and some other things which i dunno the name.
5) Fry for a while more, den add water until it can almost cover all the ingredients.
6) Cover the wok and den turn the fire up to BIG FIRE.
7) Let the dish boil while checking every 3 min to see the amt of water evaporated.
8) Abt 6-10 min later (Depending on the amt of ingredients), switch off the gas supply and dish is ready to be served.
Erm... anyway, this dish no name one mwahahah...
Aiyer, but i still think scrambled eggs and sunny side up easier to cook. :)
